I'm anti-huckster. The modern carpetbaggers should
get the same treatment as their ancestors. Harder
to lay hands on big bags of feathers these days
alas .......

flaws. High on the list was that people are far too
easily (mis)led by those with a hidden agenda and glib
tongue - sell 'em one thing, hype it up and put a cherry
on top, and then deliver something very different. Relatively
free markets are "fiscal democracy" and suffer from the same
dangerous problem.

'Democracy' in various forms may be the (relatively)
"best" system - but that in no way means it is without
dangerous flaws.
